During my education, my instructor took me climbing in the mountains for the first time. Challenging myself, planning carefully, being ready to face changing situations and relying on my climbing partner fascinated me. I haven’t forgotten this experience since.
Today, part of my job is to support people in challenging situations. What helps me is the reminder that fear and curiosity are the key emotions we experience when growth and development are on the horizon.
