With three children, time for the family was often in short supply. So many things had to happen in rapid succession: food, clean teeth, get dressed. Only many years later did I put a name to what it was that characterizes me today – and makes me laugh and sometimes roll my eyes. Also, the insights I gained and the people I met during my systemic trainer education at isb have had a long-term, multi-layered impact on me and are part of the work I do with my clients.

“I have been re-prioritized...” (in contrast to autonomous and self-managed)
You are a bottle of red wine: where do you want to be opened?
On a bench in South Tyrol. Accompanied by a cheese and grapes platter and this unbelievable view far into the distance.
Just woken up – what happens next?
The first of many coffees of the day.
"Henning is pure energy and the only long-distance sprinter I know. He tirelessly turns visions in to deeds, ideas into concepts and prospects into clients. He is a real francophile – but still considers his world to be easy." – Christian Wierlacher
"Henning, a master of words and wit (do you conjure them on the spot, or how do you unfailingly pluck them from your mind with such precision?), is relentless in his pursuit of excellence, all the while maintaining a sharp focus on the end goal. Never short of a solution, Henning swiftly gets to the crux of the matter. While meetings with him may run longer than anticipated, they are always filled with laughter and valuable insights that leave me enriched." – Lena Brandes
