Me resting on a stick that acts like a third leg, enabling me to immerse myself fully in and reflect upon the wide-angle panorama: as a leadership developer in owner-managed organizations, this position and perspective helps me when I think I just can’t make any progress. I have turned my original passion for agriculture into a part-time job as a shepherd. This grounds me and gives me a sense of purpose.
Your most important values?
Self-responsiblity, autonomy, nature and love
Just woken up – what next?
Short pause for thought, the 5 Tibetan Rites and a latte on the terrace
How does change succeed?
Always by asking the question “what happens if nothing happens?”, creating a (where possible) attractive vision and taking the first active step. Then pausing briefly for thought before quickly taking the next step.
"I haven’t met many people who are as skilled at listening as Peter. If the story of Momo hadn’t already been written, he could easily serve as a prime example in this area." – Sven Fissenewert
"A positive ‘trouble maker’, always drags me out of old ways of thinking and behaving and likes to do the same with our clients." – Petra Opitz
